Ok i have to explain, this government design has slavery but not in the traditional sense it more of a work program and designed to improve the lives of the those who work in it and if ph.d's get a hold of it will end up being seen as really healthy otherwise you wouldnt do it. On the other hand is current past and current slavery which is harmful and viewed as illegal this is not that thiers two distinct differences. 

Character strength training

The government idea i have includes these points of interest. Its ran by security guards, its a complicated system consisting of communism, capitalism and a royal house, its has no jail only work programs. When you turn eighteen you have to volunteer for work program one a type of slavery these slaves make a decision to selflesly serve the community for a temporary term of about 5,000 years then they gain thier freedom and get awarded citizenship and mating rights, if you dont choose to volunteer for slavery then the government catagorizes you as criminal and at some point youll be picked up for work.

The government has these sources of income

Work program one consisting of good natured slaves who volunteered for the work. They are highly valuable people and sort of royalty and gain thier freedom at some point. This class of people is designed to develop the slave and aquire revenue. They are highly supported by the state and offered all kinds of benefits.

Work program two for citizens who work as civilians in the business sector or for the army. In this class of living its possible to not have to work if you dont want to. If you work in rhis class youll get taxed

Work program three which is for criminals sp the state can make revenue

And work program for consiting of really bad people who got the death sentenced and subsequently got engineered into a slave laborer. This is a permanent source of income

I made a mistake, the Church for this government is Jesus and God. Plan of attack: let the churches saints lead us into a post industrial post modern area to house our people from all over the universe in a modern sense with all the imentities we want, church ran housing program, use lots of private security to keep all of us then ounce we get the government we want hit with a defense sword until the universe is safe then engage in a star wars like social saga, spread a high quality life throught out the universe and increase peoples happiness.

In this government design each member of the state is required to participate in these things. Attend church, study and play sports, attend a pe excercise program and character strength train done in the spirit. This particular church is traditional, its not jesus and it doesnt believe in god, its pro social and believes in a variety of good behavior. It does believe in gods thos such as Pluto and Hermes but as far as a creater is concerned we think the universe came into existance along with all its people through an evolutionary process. More than likely at some point in time atoms or something like atoms became inteligent and from their evolved into spiritual beings of various kinds. If you do partcipate in these four activities it should improve your happiness and wellbeing but if you neglect any of these it results in work and like i said before this government doesnt have jail only work programs. 

Points of interest to this communist, capitalist, royal house government idea.

All citizens get housed for free, all members live over and over for long durations, living is easy to do, the government employees you so theres no need to run around crazy trying to find a job, its focused on security and ancient war because i think a defense sword has many benefits, it includes ancient war and modern war both, the design is both simple and complicated both, its regulations are limited people are free to do a lot but its not recomended, everyone gets a priest, pastor, coach, medical dr, councler, handicaps and learning disbilities get corrected by way of spiritual managment of your imfirmity so no one stays stuck, security guards run the whole operation, theres really nice stuff in it like flying vehicles, its products are nice, everything is maned so the local parks will have a pastor, a medic, a security guard, unlocked doors, sex is legal, adultry is legal you simply lost your wife to somebody better, the army allows adultry, the government engages in for profit business producing and selling goods and servives, thiers tax that gets collected but only if you work, you could potentially work for a little while and earn a couple things then not get taxed any longer, the housing is open squad bay barracks since i was in the military and was able to learn its a good idea for housing people, each squad bay has a manager and its not possible to get locked out, thiers no rent or utilities to pay the gov does it for you, thiers barracks for singles and families, its possible to have you whole family all live in one barrack, theirs a cafeteria so cooking and cleaning up isnt necessary, thiers no linen for the beds the beds are rubber pads you sleep on top of in sleeping clothes like a t shirt and shorts then every now and again you just use 409 cleaner and wipe it down, theres also barracks wete you can be single and have it set up with furniture like in a little section to yourself similiar to like a studio apartment, each housing block is designed as a micro cosim so that it functions and mets certain criterias such as frienship, dating, social interaction, security, and so on, each one of these block style cosims has a school, a park, a cafeteria, a library, a lounge, golf cart parking, flying vehicle landing pad, fields of crops, live stock, irrigation, roads that are non auto so bycicles, golf carts and foot traffic, these blocks are all positioned around one really big park and services center, thier are autos also but not imediate to your living, all people are required to attend church but the church doesnt believe in god its pro social, pe excercise, study and play sports, and character syrength train in the spirit, you dont do these things youll get picked up for work but if you do do these things your health, happiness and wellbeing all improve, the government gives you drugs which are legal for various reasons but its the only occassion when drugs are legal there are other ways of getting drugs but its not legal your simply not restricted from doing it after so much time youll get picked up for work so basically there'll be a store you can go to to buy drugs but its not recomended, the police wont stop you from doing it, doing drugs provided by the state is thought to be a part of some complicated process involving socialization to learn its normal, improve conciousness, learn dependancy and the 12 step recovery program and recreate as a reward, ultimatley you end up as superhuman in this government with no need to take drugs to feel good, drugs youll be taking include anabolic performance enhancing steroids, adderall a stimulant, cociane, morphine, haroine, and thinks thats it, its a part of a dr prescribed regiment to grow and learn, everyone housing base pay gives you a bed, air conditioning, hygiene kit, clothes, medical care, a two way radio, text, radio device, bycicles, toys, candy, school, security, a coach, a pastor, a priest, heating, a clothes changing room, a bathroom, haircuts, a lounge with games, and food and icees, thiers a mail post system, thiers something like internet, thiers opertunity to start your own business say you want your own flower shop, theirs four work programs, theres no jail, theres no opposing governments to threaten you only gangs which are a non state entity, most people succeed, its kinda like an army but complicated thers not a lot of jargon, fighting is legal, theres an army for ancient war, modern war, navy, coast guard, security service with s.w.a.t., marines, thers no police only security guards it an order thats slightly more friendly than police, everyone gets to be spiritual, people live for a long time like a thousand years or more, thiers news, sports, each citizen has basic rights freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of expresion, freedom of press, and potentially more. Its a planetary system with star wars in mind to create and exiting social saga thats threatrical onlong with a royal house so our kids can be princes's and princes and go around and do royal things, its intergalactic we should plan to connect planets with atomic fiber optics to comunicate with each other and think about space flight, also lets think about engineering solar systems creating new living spaces. But thats most of what this idea intails. 

As for me i only know of a couple things that ive worked on over the past ten years. Star wars social opera, a government which is to be the grand republic of star wars, a mans program pyramid scheme to make all men a captain and a leadership program to make many young people into something like a Leautinant. 

Secular pro social state in outerspace, secular pro social state on the planet, pro social Church it doesnt believe in god tho only in kindness and science, the army, work program 1, work program 2, work program 3, work program 4. So in this government theres no jail only work for offenses but not all work is for criminals

Wp1 is for slaves who are good natured and commited themselves to service. At some point they gain thier feeedom and move up in society

Wp2 is for citizens to earn nice things

Wp3 is for crminals who owe the state

Wp4 is comprised of the dead who were killed by the state for severe offenses. After they get generically engineered into a clone who then gets multiplied and works permanently non existant. 

Tax and business are the six ways the government generates money to afford the care of its citizens. Each citizen of this government doesnt have to work, all of your housing is provided to you. Its not lavish but all your basic needs will be met including air conditioning.
